Provides swine expertise and information to the pork production industry in Ohio; serves as the state Pork Quality Assurance (PQA) coordinator; serves as an educator, provider of research-based information, needs assessor, and problem solving resource for pork industry clientele; coordinate the online Ohio Pork Industry Center; participates as part of a group of educators for swine educational program development and implementation throughout the state; maintains a level of expertise that compliments Ohio's pork industry mission and goals; implements communication efforts with Extension personnel and pork industry via electronic swine reports/updates, magazine articles, etc.; organizes efforts to develop action plans that serve the pork industry and communities for improving swine produ
