The Senior Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Principal in the Mooresville, North Carolina office in a polished, professional manner, using discretion and independent judgment. You’ll also get to:
- Prepare and edit documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations. Follow up on projects and manage schedules.
- Manage Principal’s email account; read, research, and route correspondence, highlight deadlines and gather documents to be reviewed.
- Manage Principal’s calendar, including advance notice of meetings, review of agenda items, and collection of meeting materials. Daily and weekly review of upcoming deadlines and priorities.
- Ensure time is scheduled and monitored per the Principal’s goals to adequately address all needs associated with running a company.
- Ensure time is scheduled and provide support to enable the Principal to build strong connections with clients, bring awareness of Midan, generate leads, make sales, and drive revenue per the Principal’s goals to represent the Midan Brand in a positive experience.
- Follow up on all client reviews to ensure they are completed on time. Bring any client correspondence to the Principal’s attention to ensure nothing has been missed or omitted and all items have been addressed per the Principal’s goals to provide advice, guidance, and support to Midan’s key clients.
- Ensure training/coaching sessions are scheduled and preparation time allotted per the Principal’s KRA goals. Prepare and distribute agendas and compile all materials needed to ensure the Principal is prepared for sessions.
- Ensure Margin time is scheduled per the Principal’s KRA goals. Do not replace unless discussed with the Principal to ensure time is maintained for unplanned events.
- Compile time spent on miscellaneous items to provide guidance for the Principal to determine if there was an unnecessary allotment of their time.
- Schedule, organize, and coordinate Principal meetings and conferences. Responsible for assisting in coordinating event planning, including preparation and distribution of meeting materials.
- Responsible for Principal’s expense reporting.
- Book & manage the Principal’s travel itineraries, including transportation, hotel, and rental car arrangements. Gather reading material for in-flight review and documents required for meetings.
- Provide historical reference by developing and maintaining recordkeeping systems.
- Review and approve all AMEX statements/receipts.
- Obtain and prepare all 5-, 10- and 15-year Midan Anniversary gifts.
- Identify areas of improvement and develop efficiencies.
- Provide personal support and perform errands as needed.
- Provide client and staff support as needed.
- Other work as directed.

- 7-10 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives
- Extensive travel experience

- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Assessment will be administered)
