The School of Animal and Comparative Biomedical Sciences at the University of Arizona invites applicants to apply for the position of Manager, Food Product and Safety Laboratory (FPSL). This position is for a full-time position which will oversee the day-to-day production operations, including managing the retail component of the FPSL. This is a great opportunity to manage a newly-renovated modern university meat lab facility. The Arizona legislature recently allocated $10 million to renovate and expand the UA FPSL. This renovation will occur in 2023 and will include a new retail store and expanded meat processing and teaching facilities.
