The Business Management & Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing analytical support and improve visibility for Business Management and Sales. This role creates, maintains, and improves the integrity of out front availability by incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from Business Management, Sales and other sources. The Business Management & Sales Coordinator will also be instrumental in assisting Business Management and Sales through various reporting mechanisms and root cause analysis to improve profitability.
Salary Range
Core Responsibilities
- Provides and solicits feedback on various forecasts and models from Business Management and Sales
- Gathers, analyzes and validates data on out-front availability
- Identifies root cause issues of forecast errors and takes action to improve availability accuracy
- Identifies relevant market-related data and competitive intelligence to better predict availability
- Reviews out front position to optimize availability by primal by location
- Performs statistical modeling activities and develops recommendations for future block adjustments
- Identifies and conducts root cause analysis for block inaccuracy
- Recommends adjustments for Business Management and Sales blocks
- Utilizes Quintiq, SAP, and Power BI to ensure the highest possible level of data accuracy
- Identifies/reviews Quintiq forecasts to ensure out front block integrity
- Quintiq DP data entry, analysis, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Aids in administrative support functions to assist Business Management and Sales

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Administration or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
- Company will consider a currently enrolled college student with an anticipated graduation by end of current school year as qualified.
- Understanding of strategic sales analysis and planning, inventory, and business management.
- Knowledge of SAP or Quintiq, a plus.
- Strong mathematical aptitude, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, required.
- Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in a complex matrix organization to promote productivity and enhance supply chain overall functions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong relationship management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Capable of working independently.
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
