Applications are invited for a full time manager of the Meat Science Instructor and Outreach position at Oregon State University.  This position provides instruction in courses related to meat science and technology. This position will also develop and provide food safety trainings, including HACCP, create new courses related small and very small meat processor plant needs, create new educational content for the Niche Meat Processors Assistance Network (NMPAN), as well as provide direct consultation with new and established meat processors in Oregon and surrounding states.
