Position Title: ISU Meat Lab Manager     Job Group: Professional & Scientific     Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience     Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing meat processing facilities. In-depth knowledge of harvesting, fabrication, and processing of meat products and animals.Expertise with USDA Food Safety and Inspection policies, Animal Handling, and sanitation standards for meat processing facilities and equipment.Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Certified.Background or experience with financial management and budgeting.Supervisory experience.     Job Description:
