SUMMARY: A Culinary Science Summer Intern will gain experience in product development and participate in the following activities. Apply culinary arts experience in a research and development setting. Receive valuable mentorship from research chefs and food scientists. Assist chefs and food scientists in the development of new products, line extensions, or revisions of current products to improve product quality, profitability and/or competitiveness.
