Summary The Food Safety Manager is responsible for leading and driving food safety implementations, programs and culture within the organization across multiple facilities. Responsible for strategic development and implementation of food safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance, reduction of complaints and the decrease in risk for food safety or quality issues. Assist plants with external audits, evaluation of HACCP plans and conduct internal program audits.  Education, Licensure and Experience Bachelor’s degree in animal science, food science or engineering preferred 5+ years industry-related experience  Supervisory experience to salaried
