Job Details: LOCATIONS: Amarillo, TX |Dakota City, NE | Finney County, KS   This Internship will be responsible for leading various projects including yield testing, building cost-to-produce, carcass chill studies as well as learning all aspects of harvest and production lines. Additional responsibilities would include supporting technical components of beef carcass merchandising and meat engineering relative to the carcass composition yield enhancement and gross margin improvement.
