Where You’ll Make a Difference
Manage and grow assigned regional Culinary and Pet Food accounts
Sell IFF’s Ingredients portfolio including hydrocolloids, proteins, emulsifiers, and stabilizers
Deliver against sales revenue and gross profit targets
Build and manage a strong opportunity and project pipeline
Develop and execute short- and long-term commercial strategies
Own the end-to-end selling process from opportunity through launch
Serve as a trusted partner, delivering a high level of customer service
Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Applications, Operations, Finance, and Product teams
Provide forecast guidance and maintain opportunity updates in Salesforce
What Makes You the Right Fit
Several years of sales and/or account management experience
Background in ingredients, ideally within Pet Food or Culinary markets
Strong knowledge of hydrocolloids, proteins, emulsifiers, and/or stabilizers
Proven success in account development and strategy execution
Strong business and commercial acumen
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Biochemistry, Veterinary Science, or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel up to 50%
High level of ownership, accountability, and self-motivation
