Get in on the ground floor of an exciting new beef harvest and processing facility located in the Flint Hills of Kansas. This state-of-the-art facility is looking to hire a highly motivated individual to lead all production, food safety, and personnel operations. The Plant Manager position will be responsible for planning, leading, guiding, directing, and managing the new plant with the direction of stakeholders and owner, while upholding all USDA rules and regulation. This position will be heavily involved in hiring team members from the ground up, along with leading the production of high-quality products. They will also help manage profitability of the business, the safety of employees, budget planning, human resource management, and the further development of the plant team.
